At Wellstart, we take care of all of the required paperwork so you can enjoy your day without the hassle of completing the necessary documents.

When you call Wellstart Medical you can expect us to ask for the following information:

  • Your name and address, phone number and date of birth.
  • All information listed on your health insurance card (including any secondary or supplemental health insurance policies). We will ask for information such as policy number, group number, and your health insurers phone number.
  • We will ask for your specific diagnosis and underlying condition; (some health insurance providers ask for this information).
  • Your primary care physician and treating doctor’s name and phone number.
  • An e-mail address through which we can contact you.


Once we receive this information, we will:

  • Contact your physician to verify your prescription.
  • Contact your health insurance provider to verify your policy information.
  • We will only contact you if we have questions regarding your order.


The verification process will take up to 3-5 business days. Once completed, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. After your first order is shipped, future orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Please make sure to notify us if there are any changes to your account information.
