Return Policy

Wellstart extends a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee on all unopened supplies. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Company. If Wellstart inadvertently ships the incorrect item, the item is defective, or there are any other issues with the supplies, the Company will accept the return of the item(s) if received within thirty (30) days. If the item is being returned due to a service error, Wellstart will pay for all necessary shipping charges.

Supplies that have been opened, tampered with, altered, used, or expired cannot be accepted as an eligible return. If Wellstart receives any such return, the Company will promptly notify the sender and extend the option to have the supplies returned or disposed of. All charges incurred for returning opened or used supplies will be the responsibility of the patient.

If Medicare, or another third-party insurance company remits payment to Wellstart for any returned supplies, Wellstart will promptly notify the insurance company and issue a refund. All supplies purchased directly by patients of Wellstart will be promptly refunded for any returned product.
